(March 2003)  Something that's never seen: a first day of a US Postal Card tied to the Commemorative Panel for the same issue!  The Panel was issued for the Teddy Bear stamps, but the USPS released a set of postal cards (same stamp designs, different denominations) on the same day at the APS Stampshow in Atlantic City. The Commemorative Panel was available for sale at the show, too. This is another reason to attend stamp shows!
