Contact the USPS directly to set up your subscription by calling 1-800-STAMP-24 (1-800-782-6724) or fill out the form below and mail to Stamp Fulfillment Services, PO Box 7247, Philadelphia PA 19101-7097. No deposit is required when you use your credit card for the "Automatic Deposit Renewal Option".   Collectors cannot subscribe online at this time, but individual Commemorative Panels are often listed at the Postal Store on www.usps.com.
