Annual Auction
The 2010 Annual Auction has ended!
Prices realized will be posted here shortly.

The ASPPP holds an annual auction which started June 4, 2010 and ended on August 1, 2010. This is a mail (or email) bid auction, and you can bid with a range: starting (low) bid - ending (high) bid.  It is the largest auction of philatelic page and panel material assembled in one place! This year we have 1,077 lots of Souvenir Pages, Cancellation Pages, Commemorative Panels, Stamp Posters and privately-produced Pages from Robert Porter, Jim Canon and Bud Scrantom, and Poster Bulletins including errors, plate number coil Pages, line pair Pages, watermark varieties, autographed pages, booklet plate numbers and booklet tab marking varieties; there are individual items, year sets and accumulations. Some of these items are from very advanced collections, seldom seen on the market.

You can download the spreadsheet list of lots for the 2010 Auction from the first two links below (Microsoft Excel ".xls" or Adobe Acrobat ".pdf"). In the spreadsheet, "VALUE" is a catalog value and does not represent a minimum bid! You can also download prior years' lots for 2006-2009 (with prices realized) from the other links below; that should give you a better indication of the value of certain items and help you figure out a winning price to bid in the auction.  You must be an active member of the ASPPP to bid in the auction, but membership is still very affordable ($15/yr with some great offers for free Pages, Stamp Posters or Panels for joining); with the low auction prices, membership will pay for itself! You do not have to be a member to sell lots in the auction, but non-member-sellers pay a higher commission, 15% (instead of 10%) of the prices realized. With a 5% savings, membership will often pay for itself for sellers, too!
